Scarlet SRF Microneedling
Two proven anti-aging therapies in one – radio frequency and microneedling
How does it work?
Scarlet SRF is FDA approved to promote the growth of essential components of younger skin – collagen and elastin. It combines two tried and true treatments, short-pulse radiofrequency (RF) with microneedling, to increase the density of skin to improve firmness, decreasing sagging and the appearance of aging.
The Procedure
Numbing cream is applied to area to be treated and left on for 30 minutes. Your skin is then cleansed and we start the procedure. Most people find the procedure comfortable. Face and neck usually take about 20 minutes to treat. Arms, legs or stomach can take 30 minutes to an hour. Expect your skin to be slightly red for a few hours.

How to Prepare
- Stop retinol/tretinoin products 5 days prior to your treatment. We also recommend that fillers are not done 2 months prior to treatment.
- Ask your practitioner about starting Alastin Skincare’s Procedure Enhancement System 14-30 days before your treatment. Pre-treating with this system will clear non-functioning collagen and impurities and prepare your skin for optimal results. Continuing after treatment will minimize downtime and elevate results.
Results Show Right Away
Visible tightening will be evident right away and results will continue to improve over the following 2-6 month as collagen and elastin fibers regenerate.
How many treatments is optimal?
One treatment is fine, but a series of 4 will boost the results.
